Our facility is conveniently located in the heart of Whitehouse, one block east of HWY 110 on E Main Street, just behind Brown Elementary School.  We now offer a spin class schedule throughout the week, that will accommodate your busy schedule. Our facility is adequately equipped to accommodate the needs of our community with exercise equipment equal to any club in the Tyler/Whitehouse area. So there is no need to waste time driving to Tyler when you can get your workout right here in the community you live in.
