We are proud to offer our Fit Forever program. We offer private and group training sessions. Our personal trainers are highly skilled and patient. We offer on and off site training. If you make a purchase of fitness equipment from our equipment showroom, we will come to your home and design a program specifically for you so that you get the most from your equipment purchase.
What our Fit Forever Training Offers:
Physical Condition Analysis
We preform a fitness assessment analysis to determine your level of fitness. Our analysis will help us determine your strength and cardio starting point.
Body Comp Analysis
Our non-intrusive body comp analysis will not only determine your percentage of body fat but will also help determine your recommended caloric intake.
Fit Forever Program Design
Each strength program is specifically designed for each individual on our Fit Forever program form. The program form lists the day, the description of the exercise, the weight that is used, the number of sets and the number of reps per set.
Weigh and Measure
We weigh-in and take 15 measurements starting with the neck and ending with the calf once each week. We record and track each measurement.
Fit Forever Shopping List
We supply an approved shopping list to each program member. This is a generic list of good foods and is available at most all grocery stores.
Fit Forever Sample Meal Plan
We supply an approved one week meal plan to each program member.

Spin schedule is 5:45 pm - 6:15 pm / 6:15 pm to 6:30 pm Abs Monday and Wednesday
Fit 4E GT (Punch Card Purchase Required)
Strength and Abs Class is 8:30 am - 9:30 am and 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm Tuesdays
Cardio is 8:30 am - 9:30 am and 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm Thursdays
